This is an appartment in a condominum formed by 6 towers, with 18 apartments, located only a few blocks from Chicxulub downtown.
Chicxulub is
an small fishing village beyond Progreso Beach, it is located just at 30
minutes from Merida, Yucatan Mexico, which has an International Airport.
This is a quiet place,
where you can enjoy the nature and the sea in a complete relax,
the ocean is very
calm, there are no high waves, so you can swim, sail or practice your
water skiing. The weather in winter is fabulous. We have sunny days and
temperatures between 18-25 C degrees.Most people come here in winter. But you
may also have a good time in down town where there are activities in the
square on weekends. Or you can enjoy the wild life by taking a walk on
the sand and watching the flamingos, sea turtles, seagulls, etc.
The apartment is in the ground floor, in front of the swimming pool and just surround the common area where you can take the sun or play cards with friends..
