The condo is located at the 15 Km marker on the highway from Progreso to Telchac.


With moderate temperatures the year round, it is four season destination. The temperature in winter is generally between 18 and 25 degrees celsius (70-80 degrees fahrenheit). The sunny,pleasant days make Uaymitum a place to relieve stress,live with nature, walk on the beach and soak up the sunshine.

In Uaymitum you have a good transportation (buses each 1/2 hour) from the condo to Progreso or Chicxulub. In Progreso you will find taxis ready to take you anywhere you want to go, and bus service direct to Merida City. Come and investigate life in the Yucatàn.
